We put wood down. Every time.
A loaded roll-off is thousands of pounds sitting on two steel runners. Set straight onto concrete it marks, and onto asphalt in a Georgia summer it sinks. So every can we deliver goes down on boards first.
This is not a premium add-on. The City of Savannah requires three-quarter-inch plywood under the runners in its own dumpster permit. We do it in every town whether the city asks for it or not.

Common questions
How much does a dumpster cost in Effingham County?
A 12 yard is $425 and a 20 yard is $495, each for 7 days with 2 tons included. Those are published prices, not starting points, and they hold in Springfield, Rincon, Guyton, Pooler, Port Wentworth, Garden City, Bloomingdale and Savannah. Richmond Hill is $50 more on both.
Do you put anything under the dumpster?
Yes. Every can goes down on wood boards so the steel runners never touch your driveway. The City of Savannah writes the same requirement into its own dumpster permit.
How fast can you deliver?
Often the same day in Effingham County, where our yard is. Chatham County towns run on scheduled route days, which is how the price stays flat.
What size do I need?
A 12 yard covers a garage cleanout, a single-room remodel or a roof up to about 25 squares. A 20 yard is for whole-house cleanouts, multi-room renovations and demolition.
What happens if I go over 2 tons?
Overage is billed by the ton at the landfill rate and we show you the scale ticket. Call for the current rate.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
Not for a container on your own driveway, anywhere we serve. Street placement varies: Savannah requires a permit, Effingham County prohibits containers on public roadways entirely, and several cities require a bond or a council vote. Each town page carries the answer for that town.
Where is your yard?
